  • The Misfit Kick is a versatile matte box that is suitable for all types of filmmaking. It is also compatible with ARRI filter trays and can be used with clamp on rings or the included swing away bracket.

    The Misfit Kick features a patented reveal stage design that allows for easy conversion from a 2-stage to a 3-stage matte box without any additional hardware or tools. It also uses a new spring system and protruding ridge to secure filter trays, providing a secure and tactile locking position. The kit includes the Misfit Kick core, three 4×5.65″ filter trays, the one tray for 138mm rotating filters, hard mattes, and a carbon fibre top flag and side flags.
